Grams Coffee and Tea: Nashville's Cozy Retreat for Coffee Lovers and Foodies

My go-to order is a breakfast quesadilla and iced lavender honey latte. The owner and his staff are always kind and accommodating. There’s even a room great for hosting large meetings. 10/10 experience every time I come here.

Secret beautiful lil coffee shop with solid breakfast choices. They have Java mint cigars as well. Good 90’s R&B playing. Feels like my road trip playlist. Thanks Gray for everything brother! Wish you guys the best!

I recently discovered this little gem in my neighborhood and instantly fell in love. Plenty of parking, welcoming staff, and one of the best lattes I have ever had. Will definitely be coming in a regular basis!

Grams has DELICIOUS food and drinks- I loved their freshly made blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll. I loved their staff, their food, the space- everything. Their turkey sausage and egg quesadilla is the best breakfast quesadilla I ever. Tried other versions like chicken and turkey sausage, both without egg. Those were good too, but the sausage+egg combo was great. Chai latte and biscuit were decent. Their chai latte is more of a dessert lover's beverage than a coffee/tea lover's.

Great service. The blueberry muffin was awesome! Prices were very good also. And I got drip coffee. "#17" I believe. It's a light roast. Complex profile, but not overwhelming. noticable acidity, but very palatable . By the way, the also roast their own, and have a variety of tea options, as well. Worth stopping in! And they are newly opened as of July, so go show them some love!

Awesome little cafe. Extremely clean with a cozy and homey atmosphere. I went in to get my little boy a special treat and myself a caffeine hit and the man working the counter was so very friendly and accommodating. I got the honey lavender latte and it was really excellent. I can't believe I'm only just discovering this little place now! Will be back! Edit: we still love this place even a year later! And they have even more stuff than they did before! Their loose leaf tea and smoothies are amazing!
